Blow the Horn
Sound the trumpet
Fire the gun
its the to run
time to battle
time to sing
time to dance
time to win
time to praise him
for everything
we love you God
thanks for air
and the heartbeats
thank for the trees
and the bees
thank you for the smiles
and the tears
thank for for your
protection
so we do not fear
let us blow the horn
and sing a song
of thanks
pick up the sword
and strike a cord
shake a hip
and start to skip
this is a song
of joy
a song of love

I feel sad in
my tower of physical
isolation
frustration
and sadness
I can’t do
nothing but turn to you
my heart feels abused

there is a tingling
of trouble
brewing
stewing lord

I try to distract myself

I’m broke lord
not a penny to my name
I have nothing for this game
Teach me to be a good steward
Because I want things I can’t afford

the fatherless, widows and poor
My cupboards are bare lord
I’ve max my credit
My accounts are empty
I have nothing to debit

Stop your credit thirst
Stop spending what
I have not given to you
because tomorrow’s money
is mine to give
only buy what you need to live
and then give to my cause

I will never forsake you

I will give you what you need
but not always what you want
spend your precious little time
